| Toni
Ruiz, owner of Kaffé T Latta, started in the
food industry in the late 70's. Her experience includes
working as a Food Service Director and an Independent
Consultant in the Bay Area - providing time- management
consulting for food service plants, making recommendations
for recipe amendments, and consultations on product
development.
Toni
then, opened Kaffé T Latta in the spring of 2000.
She has always striven for top quality customer service
and includes this goal as part of her mission statement.
Toni
now has 3 full-time employees and 2 part-time staff
assistants. She invites you to stop by the Kaffé
and meet her, Audrea the Kaffé's manager and
the rest of the staff.
She also has
a full wait staff for large catering events.
Toni says that
her career is a fulfilling outlet for her knowledge,
creativity, and experience. She LOVES catering to people! |
