• Soup may be substituted for a side salad on buffet lunches for an additional $1.50 per person.

• Portabella Mushroom - Grilled and served with Jack cheese, roasted bell peppers and served on focaccia.

• Chinese Chicken - Shredded green and purple cabbage, grilled chicken, ramen, mandarins, cashews and sesame seeds tossed with our own fat free sesame seed dressing.

  with our gourmet Caesar dressing.
• Fresh Broccoli - Broccoli, sunflower seeds, raisins and red onions with our special light dressing.
